My favourite Hotel
This is my place whenever I stay in Cairo. It's location is excellent and the staff are nice and willing to help for whatever you require.

Dirty and annoying room service
The room looked really dirty I had people banging on my door at 11 at night in order to get me coffee and tea and teapot, they woke me up up.When they did bring the tea and the coffee they didn't bring any coffee cups!!!!I asked not to disturb me and that I didn't want any service but they instead of giving me the coffee and the tea probably for tips.

Dear Guest We are sorry for any disturb happened to you . the teapot service is only serving expedia guests and offering for free service like airport transportation service, i am sure the staff did not mean to take any tips but it was the end of their shift the waiter was tired and forget the cups.we hope to see you again to give us a chance remove this bad impression

فندق يفي بالاحتياجات الأساسية
سكنت الفندق أكثر من مرة. كل مرة أراه بنفس المستوى. لا يحتاج إلا إلى تجديد في المبنى نفسه فالبناء قديم جدا مع أن حالته جيدة؟ هذه المرة كان سعره مرتفعا مقارنة بمرات سابقة

Good things about this hotel: Friendly staff They printed my covid test for me Near airport Things to improve: Wifi is absolutely trash. It either won't work or it will constantly disconnect you. Bathroom had no toilet paper and had blood stain on the ground. Overall I'd give a 5 out of 10, but felt the hotel was not worth what I paid.

Don't book here just for the airport shuttle!
Booked here because it is close to the airport and has a free airport shuttle. On arrival, check in was friendly. We booked an airport shuttle for 6h30 the next morning. When we arrived at reception the next morning, we were told that their shuttle had gone to pick someone up from the airport, and that we would have to organise our own taxi to the airport at our own cost. Bell boy service was friendly and helpful. The hotel is outdated. There is scaffolding inside the hotel, which was not mentioned when we made the reservation. The bathroom grout could have done with some bleach. This hotel is definitely not worth the price we paid.

The hotel is very central and they were nice enough to upgrade my room because they were late to pick me up from the airport. However, there is a bar downstairs and there are just a lot of smokers and you can smell the smoke from within the ventilation in my room even though the room was supposed to be non smoking. There isn't any water cooker in the room for coffee or tea. Breakfast was nice. Price wise ok.

My non-smoking room had a strong smoke smell. The carpet was worn, dirty and had not been vacuumed. There was no hair dryer and none available at the desk. There was no hot water pot for coffee/tea in the room. The lobby was dark and dreary with aging furniture. We cancelled our 5 night stay and moved to another hotel after the first night.

I chise this location because of its location whixh was very convenient. Beside the location which may or may not syits other travelers, i found no other advantages to this hotel. The room was not clean. The furniture was filthy. Cigarette burn on the bed sheets etc.

Bon emplacement central a heliopolis
- l'hotel est au centre d'heliipolis il a besoin de renovation des chambres peinture moquettes et meubles en mauvais etat - les salles se bains sont anciennes et doivent etee renovees - par contre le Personnel est tres serviable , cordial et attentionne
