Wie, in anderen Rezessionen, bereits erwähnt war Andrea (der Eigentümer), immer telefonisch ereichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allgemein waren alle Einheimischen ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand und leicht abgelegen. Aber in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ort oder am Strand. “Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. There are some wineries within 35 min. by car. and you can bike to the closest village, there is even a Lidl 20 min by car from the house. There are some nice board games in the house. “We are a family group of 19 people, 3 generations are represented with ages from 81 to 14 years old. We use to meet 2 or 3 times a year. We are coming from 3 different countries in Europe. The house il perfect to host this kind of event. The bed rooms are exactly as we wanted. The kitchen dinning room is enormous and perfectly equipped. At arrival, Eleonora welcomed us and explained the house and all the equipments in detail. We may come back.”

“We have enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is located wonderful in the mountains above Spotorno and Finale Ligure. The villa is well equipped, but everything is there for (just) 10 persons once. A small draw back is that you do not have good protection against moscitos at the windows, that’s why you need to keep the windows closed in the late afternoon and evening, making some of the bedrooms quite warm/ hot. Two rooms ( master bedroom and a children’s room with two separate beds).”

“Absolut zu empfehlen. Der Gastgeber Adriano hat sich um jeden Wunsch gekümmert und uns wirklich gut umsorgt. Sauberes und gut Ausgestattetes Apartment mit tollem Ausblick. Perfekte Lage für MTB Touren an die Nato-Base. Außerdem gibt es einen ganz lieben Hund für die ein oder anderen Streicheleinheiten, welcher nichtmal über Silvester zu hören war. Wir waren absolut zufrieden hier und kommen definitiv wieder, Vielen Dank.”

“We throughly enjoyed this house. Giulio was the ultimate host. He was prompt in his response and often would show up to address any issue within minutes of being alerted to it. The house was beautiful and clean. Each room had amazing views and the living space was the perfect spot for drinks with a view. The house was also super convenient for walking into town for restaurants and bars. The car stayed in the driveway unless we were going to another city. Highly recommend this listing to anyone...

“Wir waren 10 Tage im schönen Haus von Pier für unser MTB Trainingslager zur Vorbereitung auf die Rennsaison. Das Haus ist schön ruhig gelegen und hat alles was man braucht und vor allem die Garage für die Bikes war top. Die Kommunikation mit Pier war unkompliziert und er war immer super hilfsbereit.”

“Perfektes Hotel für Familien. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand in nächster Nähe. Personal war immer sehr Hilfsbereit. Hotelparkplatz war leider etwas weiter weg. Mit unserem kleinen Tretroller habe ich jedoch nur 6 Minuten gebraucht.”
