Sunny apartment for 2 people, with a balcony. Centrally located. The bedroom and kitchen-living room are separated by a door; both rooms have a balcony door. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Residence La Terrazza is a great starting point for numerous excursions on foot, by bike, or by public transportation. Inside the building, you’ll find spacious common areas such as the sunroom with a coffee machine or the large terrace with mountain views and a small wine arbor. That’s why our building is also popular with small groups, such as family reunions or vacations with families of friends. We provide our guests with the South Tyrol Guest Pass for the duration of their stay, which allows them to use all public transportation (including the Mendelbahn and Rittner cable cars) free of charge. Thanks to this pass and our central location, you’re welcome to travel here without a car or leave it in our parking lot the entire time.
