My overall experience was acceptable, though there are several areas that need improvement. I was upset that I was given two rooms that were already occupied, one day my room wasn’t cleaned, the shower water was only lukewarm and the handle wasn’t working properly, and I wasn’t informed of the prices for the items I bought at the store. The breakfast was tasty but never changed. The facilities are nice and the staff was attentive, but these issues affected my stay.

Very poor breakfast, not many options and no gluten free bread. We had to go somewhere else for breakfast.
No help to get the luggage out of the car into our room.
