By following these guidelines, you'll help us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and avoid any potential violation fees:

1. NO Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

2. NO Parties: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings to respect our neighbors and the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood.

3. QUIET Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This includes keeping noise levels down both inside and outside the property.

4. NO Outside Shoes Indoors: Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the house. Feel free to place wet/soiled shoes on the tray by the front door.

5. Only REGISTERED Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Thank you for your cooperation.

6. PETS: We welcome one pet under certain conditions. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved, and note that pets are not allowed on furniture, to dig in the yard or disturb the neighbors. There is a size limit/breed restriction for dogs; please inquire before booking.

7. CHECK-OUT Instructions: Before you check out, please ensure all trash is disposed of properly (and placed out into the appropriate bins located at the back alley, and the property is left in good condition.

8. Laundry: Guests have access to a washer and dryer. Please note that we do not provide laundry detergent due to potential allergies. We recommend bringing your own preferred detergent to ensure it meets your specific needs.
Additionally, please refrain from using the laundry facilities after 10 PM to maintain quiet hours and respect our neighbors.
