Sleeps 8 - 3 bedroom plus loft. Located 10 min south of Calgary on 10 acres of land, in a park setting with paved walkways, water features and a large fire pit for those fun family and friends nights. It’s a unique home with an Old European Country Home style that boasts lots of woodwork, stone and concrete finishes. Come stay for a weekend to get away from the City and enjoy the valley and mountains views and relax in an indoor hot tub.
**We do require sending a photo of the ID for newly created accounts that don`t have reviews/recommendations yet from the other hosts or less than 10 reviews.
***Any signs of smoking of any kind & illicit drugs on the premises: $250/assessed per situation. Please make sure to go outside for any smoking needs. The unit has a decibel meter on the premises which protects our guests from false noise complaints and our neighbors happy! ***Strictly `no parties` allowed and any noise violations past 10:00 pm will result in a $1000 fine and eviction. **For a stay of 20 days and more, we require a mid-stay clean ($250) **Please do not flush any other product apart from the toilet tissue down the toilet. Thank you
