Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and communication was easy throughout the stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other guests

The property is in an area which is not the greatest, and there is no parking! I was uncomfortable leaving my car parked in the area. The check-in was horrific, way too many directions and emails. I was on vacation, the last thing I wanted to be doing is responding to all the emails that they were sending with what i needed to do to prepare for the next guest!! yes they wanted you to basically clean the room, turn on the dishwasher, put the washer on with your towels .. i felt like I was doing daily chores .. not a restful or enjoyable at all. The bed was one mattress, basically on the floor, cheap finishes throughout the rental suite. There were no proper towel racks to dry your towels, though there were holes in the wall where there had been towel racks, very tacky. Sorry just saying it like it is.

There is no parking, paid or free, anywhere near the property. The management company does not answer their phone. They don't tell you that keys are in the apartment, but are needed to use the elevator. The internal temperature was 30 Celcius when we finally found a place to park and got our bags up the stairs. The place was horrible, not sufficient for our needs. They say it sleeps 4, that is a lie. We paid for 6 nights, only stayed for 1 and they refused to refund us anything, but it was not worth staying the 5 days they didn't refund us. The bed is a single hard mattress basically on the floor. Extremely uncomfortable. I don't recommend for anyone.

Very disappointing experience. We were supposed to check in at 5 PM, but we did not receive proper check-in instructions. We tried calling and messaging for around 2 hours and got no response, which made the check-in process very stressful. On our checkout date, there was no water, so we could not shower or even brush our teeth. We were never informed ahead of time that the water would be off because of construction. When we contacted them to ask for a partial refund or some form of compensation, they did not respond. The customer service was extremely poor, and I would not book with them again.

This accommodation required a steep deposit that I had to send outside hotels.com in an e-transfer. They didn’t requested it till two days prior my check in. I paid in addition a pet fee which is fine , my dogs are well trained and the place was spotless , they charged for damage because they found some dog hair (note: dogs are allowed as I paid) , and a dog paw print. Also charged for and extra guest which we didn’t had. Two weeks later and they aren’t responding my calls and have not sent back my deposit. In addition the bed was a foamy cover with plastic so we had to sleep on the sofa bed. Hotels hasn’t been helpful refunding our money , nor helpful , I’ve spent a lot of time in the phone with no success. I think this property and all properties related to global stay should be removed . I will not be using this site ever again as they allow scammers to rip their users off.
