Note the size of the futon when booking. Though we accomodate up to four people, some groups may find it to be too small. Ensure you review the photos prior to confirming your booking. Should you wish to rent a single cot or two from us, please let us know in advance. Fees do apply and we only have a limited number available at any one time so they must be reserved in advance.
If the guests intend to use the BBQ or outdoor fire table they must bring their own propane or refill the tanks that are on-site. On occasion there is propane left over from other guests but we do not provide propane.

Will never stay in basement suite
Our first impression when we entered the suite was a damp, musty odour. We saw evidence of previous flooding and experienced flooding during our stay . Basement was uncomfortably cool with no way to control temperature other than a small electric fireplace. Otherwise, suite was clean, bright and spacious.

It was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed except the propane tank for the BBQ was empty. The host did fill it and communicated effectively to resolve the issue. Not a big problem but was a bit of an inconvenience. Also a musky smell in the apt at first due to some recent water damage. They did have a dehumidifier on sight to help. Also not having a thermostat in the apt unit was a bit annoying. But overall it was very good.
