The three master bedroom features a 180x200 cm bed with an orthopedic mattress, ensuring deep rest after a long day of exploring.

Environmental consciousness At the Villa we are also focus on sustainability, and reducing the carbon foot print, in order to create a positive environmental impact. In this way we provide recycling buckets for garbage selection, and adopted efficiency energy capture solutions like solar and photovoltaic panels.
Household management The satisfaction and comfort of our guests is our highest goal and we do our utmost to ensure that you have a memorable, fun and life changing holiday experience! We are aware and active on health issues and sleeping comfort, therefore our cleaning products where carefully selected in order to minimise allergies impact, and the mattress are top quality solutions.
The pool treatment its made with salt, so no chlorine added, avoiding and preventing allergic reactions, especially indicated for sensitive people who may suffer from various synthetic ingredients.
For stays over 8 days extra bed linen will be provided for free.
This year, probably due to climate change, we´ve noticed a higher mosquito presence at the summer months.. At very first, we used to provide repellent, but several guests took it with them for their next stay, making it unsustainable for us. Therefore, we recommend our guets to bring their own repellent according to sensitivity and needs.
• The check-in form and flight details must be completed upon request.
• Before arrival, guests are responsible for carefully reading all the information shared in advance regarding the check-in process and the house in general.
• Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. As a consequence, we need to apply very strong chemical products and spend three times more energy and water trying to avoid discarding these pieces.

• Upon check-in, if you notice any broken or damaged appliances or facilities, please promptly notify us, including a photo if possible.

• Please switch off the lights and A/C when not in use.
• Keep the property clean and tidy and take good care of the furniture and equipment.
• Liability: The guests are liable for their own safety and should have their children supervised by adults at all times, especially when young children are playing around the pool areas or in the upper floor.
• We kindly ask you to leave your shoes at the door, especially after a mountain hike.
• Please make sure not to let garbage accumulate inside the house, in order to avoid unpleasant odors that may linger for the next guests.
• Each set of lost keys will incur a fee of 50€. In the event that the garage door opener is also lost, an additional charge of 60€ will be applied.
