Villa Emilia by Atlantic Holiday

Casa Emilia by Atlantic Holiday is a three-bedroom house located in Calheta, Madeira Island, offering a comfortable and well-organised space for up to six guests. With a pleasant partial sea view and a relaxed setting, it is suitable for couples, families or groups of friends.



The house includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one with two single beds. There are three bathrooms in total: one en-suite with a shower, one additional bathroom with a shower and a separate social bathroom, ensuring convenience during your stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and utensils, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery and tableware, allowing guests to prepare meals easily. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available. The living area features a Smart TV with a box for entertainment.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private jacuzzi and a barbecue area, providing a pleasant space for relaxing or dining outdoors. The property also offers private parking spaces within the grounds.



Located in Calheta, the house is close to the village, where guests can find a sandy beach, restaurants and local amenities, all within easy reach.



Bed linen and bath towels are provided. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.



Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning. Smoking inside the house is not permitted.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
