“The house was what you had seen website, nice! Very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. If we had any questions, he was quick to respond. Family friendly. Perfect location, nice neighborhood! We would definitely stay again.”

“House was extremely clean and host was very communicative.”

“Very nice property, we enjoyed our stay. I gave 4 stars because check-in communication was a bit challenging. We were coming off a grand tour and has stayed in multiple homes, and were coming through areas with little to no service. I was up front about this and was unable to get an address/check in instructions until a few hours before check-in. Every other rental we had on the trip provided address and check in instructions at least 2-3 days prior to arrival. Again, overall nice stay, but we...

“I booked this unit because of the reviews but let me go ahead and break it down. The location is definitely not the best. “We had a great time. We would definitely rent this place out again. I don't know where we had more fun in the swimming pool or playing pool in the garage. They had plenty of towels so that was great for the pool.”

“It is very cozy space with a homey atmosphere. Everything is done with love. Well stocked apartment conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. There are a lot of food options in the walking distance. ”

“The guest house is very clean, has all the amenities listed, it is decorated well and in a good location. Communication was great. I look forward to staying again in the future.”

“We had a great stay at the Trapper House while in Bakersfield for a family wedding. It was very convenient for our large family, especially since we had four children under the age of 8. The kids loved being able to use the bunk beds, which worked out perfectly for us. The house was comfortable, spacious, and stayed nice and cool even with the temperature reaching around 98 degrees outside. After being out in the heat for the wedding activities, it was great to come back to a cool and relaxing...
