“We had a great stay at the cottage. Check in was easy. Everything was super in the house and the location was just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. It was nice to sit outside in the private backyard and enjoy a cup of coffee and take in some sunshine. Looking forward to rebooking on our next trip to Santa Barbara. ”

“The listing does not lie — this is the best beach location. Easy access at the end of the block. You can easily walk into downtown Santa Monica or stroll along Main St. We had everything we needed for our one week stay — plenty of towels, comfy bed, nicely stocked kitchen. We thought the space perfect for the two of us. Parking was actually pretty easy once with the parking pass and parking lot. “This little place was really compact and nice . There were plenty of blankets. From the pictures, I thought we were renting the front of the house, but we were actually in the addition over the garage. The location was perfect . It was an easy walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. I would totally stay here again. ”
