“Clean room lots of space in the kitchen and cabinets but TV would stop working air-conditioning wouldn’t be able to be adjusted no warm water for the shower and coffee maker wasn’t working overall three or four out of 10 I would not recommend”

“Our stay at Aptos Bayview cottage, could not have been better. The cottage is just lovely as are Joe and Melody. So hospitable. They brought us freshly made chocolate cake with fresh berries and whipped cream. Made us feel right at home. Very clean and bright, and just totally felt cozy. Will stay again forsure. ”

“We had a great stay at the cottage. Check in was easy. Everything was super in the house and the location was just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. It was nice to sit outside in the private backyard and enjoy a cup of coffee and take in some sunshine. Looking forward to rebooking on our next trip to Santa Barbara. ”

“The listing does not lie — this is the best beach location. Easy access at the end of the block. You can easily walk into downtown Santa Monica or stroll along Main St. We had everything we needed for our one week stay — plenty of towels, comfy bed, nicely stocked kitchen. We thought the space perfect for the two of us. Parking was actually pretty easy once with the parking pass and parking lot. We were here in winter so I can only imagine how amazing the location is for summer beach use. Photos...

“This little place was really compact and nice . There were plenty of blankets. From the pictures, I thought we were renting the front of the house, but we were actually in the addition over the garage. The location was perfect . It was an easy walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. I would totally stay here again. ”
