“...and then some. My family and I had such a memorable stay. Every inch of the home was packed with the sights, sounds and smells of our childhood. The house is cozy, comfortable and immaculate. One note: there is only one ac unit but plenty of fans were provided. Melanie is a very gracious host and accessible. The location was perfect for our weekend activities but honestly the best times were spent in the house, taking it all in and hours on chatting on the porch. We will definitely return!”

“The kitchen was amazing! Huge with everything you need to prepare meals and then relax with your family. High chair, kids dishes, wine glasses for the adults and two ovens making meal prep easy and enjoyable in the spacious kitchen with plenty of seating! We were welcomed with homemade blueberry scones and lemon drizzle and the thoughtful touches were everywhere! Plenty of towels and supplies in the three full bathrooms and an additional powder room with washer and dryer. Snacks and throw...

“The house was beautiful! It was in a great location right on the river. The pool was great, very clean. We had one issue with the water not getting hot in the upstairs bathroom. Terry did send someone the same day, but it still didn’t get hot after he left. But the shower downstairs worked very well, so we all used that one. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone! Especially if you have a boat for the river.”

“We had a very relaxing 3 day stay! We were celebrating a late Christmas with our daughter and grandson. It was the perfect set-up for us. The view from the back porch was beautiful. We will be back! Looking to make reservations for the future! ”

“House is well styled and very clean. Only bathroom is accessed theough a bedroom upstairs. Not enough towels for 6 people. No amenities as I've found in previous rentals such as no: hair dryer, shampoo, shower soap. Not enough linens for 6 people to sleep. Pull out couch, but no sheets or blankets. Bed upstairs had no sheets. No extra pillows. Difficulty with lock/access and local contatct info was incorrect/disconnected owner was very helpful when I did reach her by email and rental company was...
