“Aptly named home for a getaway from Sydney/work in a wonderful location and accurate as described. Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this comfortable, clean and spacious home with fabulous ocean views. “My family and I had such a wonderful, relaxing time. The kids loved interacting with the animals, really enjoyed the indoor movie theatre and all the range of toys/games that were available to us! While the kids were well entertained, the adults were able enjoy our quiet moments. “A beautiful country cottage with all the little extras to make the stay lovely. Very comfy beds, all the modern convenience and a lovely outlook to the farmland next door. Our city dogs have never seen a cow before but loved wandering around the property. The property is fully fenced and great for the pups.”

The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and perfectly situated right on the river with stunning views of the opposite bush.We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the dock. “Stayed for 2 nights over the Anzac long weekend with my husband and 2 teens. We absolutely loved the flat. It’s new, modern, great bathroom, kitchen, comfy beds and having Netflix and Disney available while watching TV was a hit. Location is only 10 mins drive to Hyams Beach. We went for a walk to nearest basin which was Palm Beach (just over 15 mins walk) then some of the Basin Walk. We also ate at Country Club Sanctuary Point and got take away from Pizza, Pasta and Ribs at Sanctuary Point....

“Overall we did enjoy our stay but would choose a different house next time. It’s just a short walk to Callala beach which is a lovely area. We did unfortunately find a few issues with the property. Keys didn’t work we had to use the cleaners key. Listing stated 2.5 bathrooms which it does have but picture shows 3 toilets there is only 2. No plug for the bath. BBQ needs a good clean! No door on the bunk room in the granny flat which is not ideal when positioned right next to a bathroom. Last of...
