“Check-in was a breeze everything was prepared ahead of time. It was good food and liquor very close by within walking distance. The resort itself was in outstanding condition everything was very clean and well-kept. I even took my own brand of k-cups. I would highly recommend the Summit.”

“The location of this condo is excellent! Loved that it was a short walk to the beach. Gulf Highlands is a neat property. Everyone is friendly and the amount of pools and other things to do is great! One thing that we didn’t like was that the poolside restaurant was only open Thurs-Sat which means we missed it. There is a restaurant you can walk to from the beach though—Barefoot and they have a cute pool and area for kids. Also none of the pools at Gulf Highlands were heated yet—maintenance told...
