“I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. First, the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. They offered tours to help learn the rich history of Vietnam. The staff does their jobs extremely well with passion. I loved the room design and how clean and neat it was maintained. I will be staying there again my next visit.”

“The worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. I stood an hour in a a scary alleyway with four carry on bags, because that's where google maps led me, and I tried to contact them to ask them where to go and they stopped responding. Can't recommend!”

“Lots of problems with this property.
Correct room not available so had to change rooms mid stay, lots of incorrect information with check in, rooms not as good as pictured, no hot water in second room, after all of these problems the host wouldn't even allow me a 1 hour later check out.
Very poor service, I won't be staying again.”
