The main villa features 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, while the air-conditioned chalet includes its own bathroom. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dryer, and fan.



Step outside to enjoy your private 1500 sqm domain with a private garden, covered and uncovered terraces, and a 9x4m private outdoor pool that is unsupervised. The pool house features a complete summer kitchen with barbecue facilities and outdoor shower with WC. Entertainment options include giant chess on a 2.5x2.5m board, ping pong, and petanque.



You will have access to 3 shared parking spaces on the property. One pet is welcome to join your stay. Please note that parties and events are strictly prohibited. The property is home to two resident cats, Mlle Shiva and Mr Simba, who are discreet and autonomous.



The property is situated in one of France's most beautiful perched villages. Lake Saint-Cassien is 10 minutes away for paddle boarding and hiking, while the French Riviera beaches of Cannes, Fréjus, and Saint-Raphaël are 35 minutes away.
