A second bedroom offers 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with terrace access. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a small dining table and a further exit to the terrace. The ground floor bathroom features a shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. On the upper floor, the third bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a flat screen television, and direct access to the balcony.
