As the name of the villa already promises, you will certainly spend a wonderful holiday here! Relax in the beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden, enjoy the magnificent pool measuring 10m x 5m, and spend unforgettable evenings in a private atmosphere at the barbecue with a cosy dining area.



The swimming pool has a hall roof that can be completely opened during the summer months. During the mild winter months, the pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge, offering you absolute swimming pleasure even during this time.



The holiday home offers you, when occupied by 4 people, on the ground floor a glazed terrace, which is used as a second dining room with a lovely view of the garden, a spacious living room, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms and two shower rooms.



The studio upper floor remains closed when occupied by 4 guests. However, you can use the upper terrace and enjoy a beautiful view of Calpe's landmark, the "Peñon de Ifach", and the town.



In the surrounding area there is a diverse range of leisure and activities such as water sports, biking & hiking, golf and much more.



The property is completely fenced and offers you a beautiful garden, various terraces with seating areas and sun loungers, a barbecue with dining area, a covered outdoor pool with heat pump, an outdoor shower, a double carport and an automatic driveway gate.



Facilities: Air conditioning warm/cold in all rooms, central heating, WiFi, TV sets, fitted kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery in sufficient quantity, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board.

The villa can be booked for 4 guests or for 6 guests. When booking for 6 guests, the studio on the upper floor is also available to you.



Included in the price: final cleaning, towels, bed linen and WiFi.



Check-in time 16:30 - 19:30h

Check-out time 09:30 - 11:00h

Please note that on Sundays, public holidays and outside our regular check-in and check-out times at night, a fee of €60 to €70 will be charged.

Arrivals after 22:00h or departures before 7:00h incur a night fee of €100.00



Every pet costs an extra 35 euros (check availability). This is a one-time cleaning payment. Pets up to 10 kg. Dogs of dangerous breeds are not allowed. Smoking in the house is not permitted.



Electricity consumption is included in the price (30KW/day). Energy consumption beyond this is charged at €0.45/KW.



A deposit of €600.00 must be provided upon arrival by credit card and will be refunded one week after departure if the property is returned in proper condition.
