DISTRIBUTION: The beautiful villa is distributed over two floors. This main floor consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed with spectacular views over the Sierra de la Olta and two bedrooms with two single beds each one with access to the beautiful terrace, on this level we will find two bathrooms, the first with a shower and the second with a bathtub. We will enjoy the wonderful large fully equipped independent kitchen, which leads through sliding doors to the bright dining room with a glass table where we can enjoy delicious breakfasts all gathered before the beautiful views over the mountains and in turn we will access the huge, bright and comfortable living room equipped with wonderful sofas and a television with satellite for foreign channels where we can spend pleasant evenings or nights with family and friends watching television. From this pleasant living room we access a covered terrace with a table and chairs where we can enjoy dinners with views of the pool but sheltered from the warm sun of our Costa Blanca. We access the ground floor through an internal stairs, which is the newly built space where the fourth bedroom is located, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, an additional bathroom with a shower and a complete open kitchen next to the living-dining room. We have an extra room suitable for the youngest members of the family, where they can spend a fun time with the game tables (billiard and foosball) and comfortably on the large seats.



EXTERIOR: In the pool area we will enjoy the fantastic sun lying on the sun loungers with the comfortable privacy that the beautiful garden gives us. And we will take advantage of the barbecue to delight ourselves with fantastic lunches and dinners sheltered from the sun thanks to the table with chairs that we will find at this level. For greater comfort we will have an outdoor shower right next to the pool and the villa also has a parking lot for several vehicles which we will access thanks to a remote control.



LOCATION: Located in the Casa Nova Urbanization, a quiet urbanization of Calpe, the villa is less than 10 minutes from the charming fine sand beach of Calpe, its lively promenade with bars, restaurants and beach bars of all kinds as well as the center of the village with its many shops and the old town.
