  • Relax with the whole family, pets included, at this quiet spot in the northern woods of the Upper Peninsula. Enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Superior with Isle Royale on the horizon! Enjoy year-round outdoor activities within a few miles of this stay! We are a mile from public access to Lake Superior, ATV and snowmobile trails, and cross-country skiing and hiking trails. There is something for everyone to enjoy for your next visit to the Keweenaw!

Absolutely stellar place to stay! It was clean, very well kept property with tons of space and privacy like advertised. Communications with the hosts was top notch! And we really appreciated all the local best spots to go see - rounded out the whole trip. Thank you for a great stay and if we’re ever in the area, we would chose to stay there again!

The house and rooms were immaculate and spacious, and the property as a whole was an amazing setting for our family weekend. The directions for entry were straightforward, and the home felt serene and private for our stay. The hosts were very responsive to communication with questions or recommendations for our stay. We loved our experience with the hosts and property, and we plan to stay again in the future.

We loved this property. The views were incredible! Communication and check in went very smooth. The sofa in the entryway was one of our favorite things, just sitting and watching the wildlife. We saw deer and turkeys and hummingbirds during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We wanted a peaceful weekend with a view and that's exactly what we got. Quiet, safe, clean-what a wonderful place to just relax. We are super thankful we were able to bring our best 4-legged buddy with us; the yard was great for him! House was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Town was close for grocery needs. The hosts were friendly and extremely easy to communicate with. Would absolutely book again the next time we're in the area.

House was very clean including lines and blankets. Outdoor games, fire pit “with s’more poles to go” were an added surprise. Would definitely stay at this robins nest again. This was a perfect location for a relaxing mini vacation as we hosted a dinner party! The kitchen was spacious and functional so dinner was made with ease. We had a fire pit we all enjoyed with a perfect secluded forest backdrop. It was clean and close to lots of hiking and for the beach.

For somw of my group it was their 1st time-they fell in love with it! Especially the privacy and views. Even on day one they were talking about booking it again next year. Not that I disagree, this is definately my 1st choice, especially with a group.

What a wonderful place that was off the beaten path. Loved the Lake Superior views and the property. Perfect for relaxing and seeing our MTU student. Icing on the cake was two nights of Northern Lights!!

We were very comfortable in the house. View was great but it was raining first day so we couldn’t sit out on deck. Communications with host was very fast and easy. Kitchen was equipped with pans and such to prepare a meal. Beds were comfortable. Loved exploring the area and finding out about the copper mining and history of the area. Would rent again.
