The south-facing Villa Bendinat 10 offers plenty of sunshine and a breathtaking view of the bay of Palma. As soon as you enter the driveway, you will notice the generous furnishings on all levels.







The first floor can be reached via a lift in the garage or an external staircase. A large, covered balcony terrace offers marvellous views over the pool and the Mediterranean, ideal for al fresco dining with a mobile barbecue. The raised pool terrace, adorned with sun loungers and shaded by palm trees, emphasises the Mediterranean charm of the villa.



The main living area on the first floor has a light-flooded, open-plan living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to the balcony terrace. The modern kitchen is well equipped and has its own exit to the terrace. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry room on this floor.



On the upper floor there are three spacious double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, and two further bathrooms. All bedrooms have direct access to the upper terrace. The south-facing windows are fitted with wooden shutters and both the ground floor and one bedroom on the upper floor have ceiling fans. The villa is equipped with air conditioning on each floor to ensure comfort throughout your stay.



The villa enjoys a hillside location in an upmarket residential area 20 minutes' drive west of the island's capital Palma. The elegant harbour of Portals Nous with its sandy beach is less than 5 minutes away by car. The small bathing bays of Illetas can be reached in 7 minutes by car. The golf course of Bendinat is only 2 kilometres from the villa.
