Very nice Villa with all confort

It has been a pleasure to stay in this property. Nice pool, good location away from busy places but quite close to all nice places. Need of car to move around. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Very nice stay

Overall we had a great time here. Location is close to beach, walking distance to town. It's a great family home. Little out dated but overall we enjoyed every minute.

Holiday experience

The house is a home from home with every amenity you can possibly need. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and always available if we had any questions. We had the most relaxing time in the pool/garden area and the living space. Highly recommend this amazing house.

Excellent stay, would love to go back

Our stay at Pedro's house was amazing. The property is even better than it looks in the photos with a lovely pool, garden and seating areas. We spent the mornings sitting on the balcony in the sun and the evenings enjoying some wine down on the patio. The house had everything you could need, and Pedro was a great host providing lots of restaurant recommendations. The Chiringuito bar just a short walk away had spectacular views over the sea and lovely food and drink. We went for a swim in the sea there as well as in the pool, which was in the high twenties in october. The beds were really comfortable too. Would happily come back!

sehr schöner Ort und sehr schönes Haus

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Ganz in der Nähe vom Haus befinden sich kleine wunderschöne Buchten mit Felsen, sehr sauber. Es gibt Leiter zum Wasser, Holzstege, Holzbretterwegen entlang der Felsen und sogar eine Bar mit Getränken und Essen. Wenn man zum Sandstrand gehen will geht man ca. 20 Min. Meereskünste entlang zu Fuß nach Santa Ponca. Dort findet man den wunderbaren Sandstrand mit Schatten und Bäumen, Toiletten, Duschen, Restaurants. Mit einem gemieteten Auto kann man tolle Ausflüge machen. Das Haus vom Gastgeber ist wunderschön, mit großen Schlafzimmern, 2 wunderbaren Terrassen (im Haus und im Garten), der Garten ist sehr geflegt. Die Küche ist groß und mit allen Geräten ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank!

Süßes Haus mit tollem Pool und Garten

Lieber Pedro, vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in deinem Ferienhaus! Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden (sogar für Waschmaschinentabs, Spültabs, Grillkohle etc. ist gesorgt), der Pool und Außenbereich sind super schön, alles ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ca. 10 Minuten vom Haus ist ein schöner Steinstrand mit Liegen und Schirmen. Generell ist die Lage super - Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sandstrand (Santa Ponca) sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Übergabe mit Pedro hat zudem super funktioniert, er ist super hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Schöne Grüße

Great property, location & host

The photos of this listing don't do it justice - it is a very spacious modern property with plenty of room for our adult party of 6. There were areas where we could sit separately or together, in shaded areas and the lovely sunny garden. The pool was a real highlight. There is also a comfortable living room, excellent TV, and a larger dining area, all upstairs. Its only a minor drawback but the sixth bed is a pull out, but our group member was comfortable on it so that was fine. We received a lovely warm welcome from Pedro the owner and an offer of assistance if we needed it. He had thoughtfully provided some water in the fridge for our arrival. He showed us everything in the property so we didnt just have to work things out. Watsapp translate was a handy resource. The location of this property could not be better. There is a rocky beach and cafe at one end of the road, recycling and waste facitlities on the car park at the other, and it is a five minute walk to the local restaurants and supermarket (its the area around The Square) via a shaded walk through that car park. The local facilities were all excellent. The main resort of Santa Ponsa is a 15-20 minute walk away either down the Carrer de Ramon de Montcada (shops and restaurants a little further down) or down a footpath to the right of Bip supermaket that led down to a coastal path leading to Santa Ponsa. I don't think I could have found a better property, location, or host for our excellent holiday.

La Casa tiene una situación perfecta y el propietario es muy amable.

Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia como hacía tiempo que no lo hacíamos, aunque el tiempo ha estado un poco revuelto nos ha venido muy bien para descansar del sol y playa, además hay muchos sitios que visitar a menos de veinte minutos dada la situación de la casa. La zona es muy tranquila y cerca hay todo tipo de servicios. Aunque le ponga 4 estrellas podrían ser 5 para otro que no sea tan perfeccionista como yo, la verdad es que tengo mis manías y nunca pongo 5. Desde la terraza y la piscina en alto se disfruta de una amplia vista de la avenida de palmeras muy relajante e inspiradora.

Danke Pedro für die schöne Zeit. Der Aussenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig. Die Schlafzimmer sind im Verhältnis etwas klein, aber das ist nicht weiter schlimm, da sich ja das Leben im Sommer draussen abspielt. 😉

Hervorragend!

Gerade aus unserem wunderbaren Urlaub zurück gekommen, mit einem traurigen Auge sind wir heute abgereist. Was sollen wir sagen, ein wunderbares Haus, mit Platz für die große Familie. Liebevoll und gemütlich im Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem an nichts! Falls doch mal was fehlen oder stören sollte, ist der Vermieter bestimmt jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit auch bei aufkommenden Fragen, er wohnt unten im Haus aber wir haben ihn nur einmal gesehen. Übernahme und Abreise unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend. Das Haus, so wie der Salzwasserpool und der Garten waren sehr sauber. Super Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Der Pool ist perfekt für groß und klein. Und man braucht sich keine Sorgen machen, dass die Kinder schnell abhauen und reinfallen könnten, da das Haus und der Garten eine perfekte Aufteilung haben. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen und das werden wir hoffentlich auch. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland Familie mit Kindern (3&6J)

Great villa and relaxing stay

It was a joy to stay at Pedro’s house. A lovely villa with plenty of of space and a beautiful swimming pool. Pedro was a good host and very accommodating. Shops, restaurants and bus stops were all very close. It was just the relaxing and enjoyable holiday we were looking for.

Immer wieder gerne

Die Finca war genauso wie beschrieben. Ein Kiesstrand ist direkt in der Nähe. Zum Sandstrand muss man ca 15 Minuten laufen. Wir haben hauptsächlich die Zeit am Pool verbracht. Es war wunderschön. Einer der erholsamsten Urlaube.

Beautiful villa, great swimming pool and good location - what else could you want.

We (4 adults and 2 children 4 and a 6 years old) had a great holiday at Pedro's villa - he is an amazing host but you only really see him if you need him for anything. He was very accommodating and helpful from the check-in to check-out. Thank you Pedro. The villa is spacious and has just about everything you could need. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances, crockery etc, even baking pans! It was great to have the choice of where to eat our meals. There is a large dining table in the upstairs lounge which also has a comfy seating area and a balcony. A table in the kitchen diner and another on the side patio, where there is a bbq. The bedrooms are reasonably sized and have wardrobe and drawer space The beds are comfortable. The pool is large and cleaned every day and the garden is well kept There is a shower in the garden. The side patio has a small fence with a gate that you can lock, so it was safe to let the children play on the patio and not have to worry about the pool. The road the villa is on ends at the sea, where there is a rock platform with diving boards, sunbeds and a small bar. A little further on are 2 small sandy beaches. The other end of the road leads to am​ain road and it is a short walk into Santa Ponca, if you keep walking you get to the very large, clean, sandy beach. All the restaurants we tried were very good but a special mention to the Argentinean one at the top of the road that the villa is on. We are hoping to book the villa again for next year if we can get the dates!

Beautiful home in the Mallorcan sunshine

What a great experience at Pedro’s house. Check in was easy and Pedro is on hand if there are questions but you literally don’t see him! It’s very private. The pool was beautifully kept and just beautiful lemon trees in the garden too. The villa itself is well appointed in a great location to get to beaches and explore beautiful Mallorca. A fabulously well stocked kitchen- every bit of equipment you could need and also some air conditioning- which was very welcome!thank you Pedro for a lovely stay. Our 3 children loved the pool!

Au-delà d'être très agréable en elle-même, la maison est jalousement entretenue par le maître des lieux, Pedro Riutort Lozano. Toujours disponible, extrêmement serviable et attentif au confort de ses hôtes, Pedro Riutort Lozano réserve un accueil chaleureux et amical, tout en faisant en sorte que les hôtes se sentent dans sa maison comme chez eux, à condition d'en respecter l'esprit et la qualité. On en repart avec le souhait très vif de revenir vite... A recommander sans aucune hésitation....

Good family villa in good location.

Just spent 2 weeks here & found the villa to be very well equiped & in a convenient location for the square & local shops. The villa is actually divided into two homes, one part being occupied by the owner Pedro, He is around from time to time & carries out pool & ground maintenance, but he does not intrude & you really feel like you have the whole place to yourself. The ground floor entrance takes you into a large kitchen / dining area & there is also a shower & toilet next to it. Upstairs is a very large lounge /dining area with large balcony. There are 3 bedroooms & another shower and toilet. There is air conditioning in the downstairs kitchen & upstairs lounge & also in the largest bedroom. This was the only drawback for me, as I found myself in the smallest bedroom, & needed to leave the door open to allow the lounge air con to fllter through. Not ideal. There is plenty of garden furniture, a barbecue & the pool was pretty good too. Overall the villa provided us with a very good holiday home & you could walk into the main area of Santa Ponsa in around 25mins
