“A well designed studio flat with lovely touches, a comfy bed and a good shower. There was a kitchenette with minimal facilities - just enough to do breakfast and microwave the leftover food we had brought with us. (Note there are steep narrow stairs into the flat) Great location near Aberfeldy and Loch Tay, we enjoyed exploring the beautiful scenery in the area. Also, there are some restaurant options and a Coop, a short drive away in Aberfeldy. We would stay here again. ”

“This wonderful pub is a gem. We stayed for two nights and found the staff, especially Daniel, to be friendly and efficient. Our rooms were very comfortable and nicely fitted out. The meals are fantastic! Their chef is very talented and serves food that would not be out of place in any high end restaurant. “Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.”

Hands down, the thing we loved most were the two gentlemen staff/bar tenders in the main floor bar. I mentioned to the first one that I just wanted to see highland cows- he called up a friend and sent us down the street to a local farm for an up-close.
