Villa Lombrici, at Mount Camaiore foot, near to the beach with private pool

Villa Lombrici with private pool for exclusive use is a cozy, welcoming and elegant house in typical Tuscan style. It offers privacy and relax and at the same time is close to the beach, shops and restaurants and the characteristic village of Camaiore.
Located on the hills at the foot of the most picturesque mountain in Camaiore, it is the best location for families looking for relax and silence but without being isolated. In 3 minutes you can be in the small town center of Camaiore and in 15 minutes you can be on the beach, reachable even by bike.
There are no steep climbs or narrow turns to make. Villa Lombrici has a spectacular view but is not too high on a mountain neither on an hill top like many others in our area are. A normal two ways road leads to the house. Accessibility and parking are guaranteed.
The pool is stable and permanent, it is not a cheap, prefabricated or above ground small pool like in many other houses. It is private for exclusive use and it is big, 8 meters long, it has a deep plunge pool up to 2.5 meters and a shallower area 1 meter high. Sun loungers available on the surrounding lawn.
Garden with tent and gazebo equipped with table and chairs for al fresco meals by the pool.
Inside: a big living room with fireplace and large windows overlooking the garden, separated from a modern kitchen with dining table, dishwasher. Hallway, double bedroom, full bathroom.
Accommodation: bedroom with double bed, loft in the living room with double bed, double sofa bed next to the fireplace.
To access the house you need to climb an external staircase one floor high. Not recommended to people with problems to climb stairs.
