“The rooms and staff were great, and it is SO easy to get from Heathrows' Travellers Hub to Heathrow (just take the N9 bus--so easy and cheap!!!!). My only reservation about this hotel is that Hounslow is not a place that one necessarily wants to visit. But this hotel is a great place to go when you are trying to catch an early flight and have come from further away than London. The staff was absolutely incredible!!!!”

“We stayed at Barton's Mill for two nights. Plentiful parking, room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfy too. Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, shampoo, conditioner etc. We had a couple of lovely meals in the pub and the breakfast was fab too. The staff were lovely and welcoming. We liked the check out at 11 so we didn't feel the need to rush. We would definitely recommend staying here. A beautiful spot next to the river with lovely walks.”

“We had an amazing stay at the hotel for 2 nights. We had the family room which was great for travel with children as the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) were separate from eachother. The grounds were quaint and peaceful! A trip to remember. Another great convenience was the Albury village store being just side by side with the hotel for all our extra needs! Thank you Drummond at Albury”

“Lovely room and amazing shower. A few things that would improve overall visit- the green emergency light above the bedroom door casts light into the room all night and really impacts sleep for people who need a dark room? It was rather like having a nightlight you could not switch off. Would also be nice to have more than one towel and a mirror in the bedroom to dry hair. Comfortable bed but I didn’t sleep well due to the light issue unfortunately ”

“For my personal needs it was further away from London city Centre than I would have liked, but that’s not the fault of the property. Otherwise great! Very safe and quiet, adorable neighborhood that made me feel like I was in a true English village. No A/C, but multiple fans provided. Utilized the laundry availability. I also accidentally left a bag of souvenirs behind and they were nice enough to keep watch for it, find it for me, give me a call and hold it for a friend to pick up. ”
