  • Cute little beach chalet located in the sleepy town of Cambria, CA. Conveniently located just over 1.3 miles from the beach, 8 miles from Hearst Castle and 35 miles from sunny San Luis Obispo -- the happiest place on earth! The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. (2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper). The property boasts 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a 400 square foot front deck and ample parking. Pet Friendly home

Great house in cute small town

The house was perfect for our family stay to visit the CA route 1 area. The house had everything we needed for our short stay in the area. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

Great place!

Cabin was very clean, confortable, and great location. The only thing I have to say negative is that they need better pillows but beds are comfortable. We Had a great time and would definitely will stay here again.

Great location, close to everything, quiet neighborhood

The Seaglass is a cute, well furnished with everything you need. It was very comfortable.

Nice little place

Not fancy but clean and worked well for us. Property needs a bit of maintenance outside but inside all is good.

Great Place!

We loved the house, it was SO cozy and most importantly, the beds were divine! Incredibly beautiful housewares in the kitchen, it was a pleasure to cook. And most importantly, the office was so very nice when I became totally scattered and for the first time in my life left some very important things behind. They were so helpful and understanding. Thanks so much.

Lovely Stay at Seaglass House

We stayed at Sea Glass House middle of August! What a great reprieve from the city and the southern CA heat! The house was cozy and well appointed! The Keurig was a nice touch fro ease of morning coffee and we appreciated the patio for relaxing and eating meals. Plenary of space for our family of 4! We enjoyed daily breakfasts in downtown Cambria (love True Earth!) and walks on Moonstone Beach. Visited with friends in Los Osos and drove Santa Rosa Creek Road. You can’t beat the quiet and the wildlife in Cambria! Highly recommend Sea Glass House!

Cosy and Comfortable in Charming Cambria

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We escaped the 4th of July chaos in Orange County by renting this well equipped home in lovely Cambria. We have stayed in many rental homes there. This was one of our favorites. No view to speak of but extremely comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. We would be glad to stay there again.

Wild turkeys and deer!

We were greeted daily by wild turkeys and deer on the property! The little A frame was a perfect getaway for relaxation. It was stocked with anything we might want or need and the neighborhood was so quiet.

An airy nest for exploring the west coast!

We loved the Seaglass house, Cambria, and the coast. This is the perfect base from which to explore Hearst Castle, local vineyards, and stunning coastlines. So relaxing and all the amenities!

Great recommendations for families staying in Cambria

We had a fantastic stay in Cambria. The place was great and even had toys for our daughter. It’s in a perfect location to get to the beach and see the sites as well as being hidden away so you can have a real escape

Cozy and comfortable stay

Perfect for a family to explore the area

What a gem! The house was comfortably sized for our family of four and had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the beach supplies and toys. The manager was attentive and helpful. Highly recommend for a family exploring the area as a home base!

Cozy and quiet!

Loved our stay in this cozy and comfortable home. The floor to ceiling windows makes the living area feel light, airy, and spacious. Loved the master bedroom, with tons of natural light coming through the windows and skylight. The bedroom is very bright in the morning, so if you will be bothered by that, I recommend wearing a sleep mask. I always carry one in my suitcase just in case! Overall, a very enjoyable experience and we will book again!

Beautiful, cozy home in Cambria

This is our second stay at the Seaglass house in Cambria. We love staying here because the home is so comfortable and well stocked. Also, it's really close to downtown Cambria, and the beach. The property manager, Algis, is awesome - he responded right away to questions I had, and even shipped me items I left behind. He really goes above and beyond. There are plenty of blankets, pillows, and extra sheets. Plenty of towels also. The kitchen is well stocked, and there are even extra chargers if you forgot one. Make sure to take a walk up the hill behind the house for an awesome view of the ocean, and enjoy seeing the deer and turkeys. We will definitely stay again.

Clean and Cozy

The house was clean and cozy. We mainly just slept there. We didn't do any cooking or much hanging out but the house was comfortable and quiet too. It is fairly close to the main part of town and is easy to access from Highway 1.

Great stay!

We enjoyed staying at this property -it was very comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen, saw lots of wildlife and close to town.
