This charming and spacious flat over 2 floors along Mill Road, has been furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and cozy stay here in Cambridge. It is centrally located along Mill Road in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, and close to numerous shops, restaurants and bars. This is the perfect place for up to 2 persons looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk away.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Sized Bed with hanging space and draws. Working desk and monitor also available in the bedroom.
Private bathroom with own bath and shower.
Bath and hand towels available for each guest, with basic toiletries provided for your stay.

CHILLING:
Open plan living/dining room with a 32 inch Smart TV to select your favourite streaming channels. Own account required to stream channels. There is also a dedicated working desk to work from home, and a super fast wifi connection.

EATING:
There is a fully equipped kitchen for home dining. Use of appliances include a double burner electric hob, combination microwave/oven/air fryer/grill, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Smaller appliances include a toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine and drying rack available in the flat for personal use.

PARKING:
Parking on the street is for local residents only, but there are a number of short term and overnight car parks that are available nearby and only a short 10 minute walk away if needed. Parking overnight is free in the council run car parks. Please contact us if parking is required?

OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated along Mill Road and a short 10 minute drive to Cambridge train station and into the Cambridge city centre, our home is a perfect stay for all occasions. It is an easy walk along Mill Road to numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a local Co-Op supermarket also along Mill Road (3 mins walk) and an 8 mins walk to a Sainsburys Superstore and Starbucks café on Brooks Road. Romsey Recreation Ground is a small park and kids playground (9 mins walk). Buses are available along Mill Road (1 min walk) taking you into the City Centre or Addenbrookes hospital.

I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.

- Should we discover any areas of concern about the cleanliness of the property after you check out, you may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave downstairs in the entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
