The toilet seat was not tightened down so it slid sideways on the bowl. I informed the front desk on check out, but nothing was recorded. Also, the shape of the tub is dangerous because it bows up on the sides and the nonslip surface is not wide enough which caused me to slip and fall.

We booked a particular room and when we arrived they put us in a different room. I explained to the front desk clerk what room I booked and she said that that was not how the booking came across from Expedia and that we had to pay an additional$20 in cash to get the correct room after the clerk ran ...
