Situated just minutes from Camdenton and a short drive to Osage Beach, Reel Retreat puts you close to some of the lake's best attractions. Golf enthusiasts can hit the links at Lake Valley Golf Club and Old Kinderhook Golf Club, both less than five minutes away. For outdoor adventurers, Ha Ha Tonka State Park offers hiking and exploring opportunities, coupled with stunning views, just 10 minutes from your door. Indulge in local dining at the new Pebble Bay Bar & Grill, Old Kinderhook Club, Tavern Smokehouse, Highlander, or go shopping and enjoy live music — all within easy reach for an unforgettable lake getaway!

Other Things to Note:
• There are two parking passes for guests to park at the front of the building. These are required and must be returned to the condo.
• The grill on the deck is electric. No open flames are allowed outdoors.
• The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not available for use.
• Trailer parking is available in the designated trailer area with HOA approval and a fee. This condo community has a boat ramp!
• This condo unit is on the 3rd floor from the parking lot, (4th actual floor) and does not have an elevator
• Fishing is allowed off the community docks, however, swimming is not allowed off the dock areas.
• Guests may not invite others outside of those staying in the property to use any of the condo community facilities.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and fishermen looking for a great catch!
• This property does not permit loud parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. weeknights and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. weekends and holidays. During this time, please remember to be considerate of your neighbors.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, roads may ice over in winter.

• Decibel measuring devices installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards
• Smart lock systems for timed guest access, ensuring your safety and convenience

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Public transport is not available at Lake of the Ozarks. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. Uber/Lyft are also available in some areas but are not as prevalent as in most cities. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Location Activities:

Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
