Adorable Vacation Vibe

We were very impressed with the amenities! The community pavilion was stocked with balls and badminton racquets. The playground was new and awesome for my littles. It even had firewood for a fire pit! The pools were very clean and large, not overcrowded. We wished we could have walked to them, but driving was required due to the steep hills between the condo and pools. Our condo was decorated really cute, gave us Lake Life Vibes every day! It was clean, but is honestly due for a deep clean inside and out (the deck had live wasps inside the screen, dead bugs were on the floor and the patio cushions seemed crunchy; some fixtures inside were dusty; food crumbs were under the couch, etc). The bedrooms were very cozy and picked up. We appreciated the toiletries for the bathrooms and the spices in the kitchen. The owners were incredible. They responded quickly and were very friendly. We would stay again!

Relaxing Escape for one

I picked this condo on shorter notice for a quiet, peaceful getaway from it all for a few days..family and work ..and it delivered. Views from master bedroom to wake up to were so relaxing, screened in porch perfect for book reading while listening to lake noises. Very clean and well appointed with anything you might need to compliment the stay. Big pool on lake is really right on the lake, with plenty of umbrella tables for shade or loungers for sun, along with a clean bathroom near, which can be a rare find at the lake. Hope to get back there for a few more "escapes" in the future. No kiddos with me this time, but nice playground/pavilion area as well near the secondary pool. Also the Roku guest setting let me watch all my streaming services with ease. Again, it's got everything, just show up with some food and you are good to go Thanks for sharing your place with me!

Great Condo

This is a great place to stay. The directions to get to the property are a lil janky. Would definately stay again if in the area for a few days. Nice and peaceful. Friendly neighbors is a plus.

Quiet Lakeside Condo!

We have stayed in several condos throughout Osage Beach and Camdenton. This location is on the Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks; south of Camdenton. A very quiet side of the lake! Not many boats or water sports come through this arm. We loved the quiet! Very nice residents in the complex. We’d recommend for anyone wanting out of the touristy lake life! The hosts were perfect with ensuring all our questions were answered and the property condo was a nice and well stocked place to stay!

Family vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our time while here. The condo had everything we needed while here for the week. Our family really enjoyed hiking at the state parks and visiting the caves. We ended our afternoon at the pool every day. It was perfect for our family of 4!

Weekend Fall Getaway

Perfect location to Haha Tonka Park and Lake of the Ozarks State Park. The colors from the screened in porch were amazing! The porch furniture was a little dirty and some wasp but we were still able to enjoy. Views were worth it! Compared to other VRBO’s master bath towels a little small and rough. We didn’t do any cooking since a short stay. It is a very nice clean condo and great location. Pictures represent the condo very accurately. We will Definitely be back!!

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed our weekend getaway! The condo was bright and clean and had everything we needed to fix some of our meals. I appreciated having sandwich bags provided as I usually bring them, but I forgot them this time. Our great nephews (ages 6 and 7) loved the games that were provided in the cabinet and the basketball hoop at the playground. They also found plenty of hiding places in the condo for hide and seek. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!

Lake condo hidden gem in Camdenton!

We chose this condo based on an inviting online presentation on VRBO. Price was competitive. Once you find the place, you will understand it's worth the ride down some pretty narrow/steep one-way roads. The host (Cory) couldn't have been any more helpful. She goes above & beyond to leave you with detailed instructions and recommendations for the area, returns your calls/texts moments later and was actually nice enough to send back some belongings left behind without asking for a penny. The unit is very clean and has all the amenities you need for a weekend on the lake. They also have a boat slip which we did not take advantage of. The view from the family room/screened-in porch is spectacular, especially during the day. The pools are a bit of a hike (might want to drive it) down an extremely steep hill but again worth the trip. You are literally right on the lake while you're swimming and we got to see a beautiful sunset the night we were there. The town is small but has everything you need from restaurants to botiques to Walmart. The nicer restaurants in the area are about a 35 minute drive. No real negatives other than traveling with a 17 & 19 year old . . . which are quite a challenge, but nothing Cory could help us with there! Hope to be back someday soon.

Great Value; Great Amenities

Every morning, we sat on the screened in porch, drank coffee and enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake; and every evening, we watched the sunset. We swam in the pools, took quick jaunts into town to restaurants for meals, and explored the outdoors by visiting nearby parks and a beach. Know when you get here, that you do have access to the marina, but you can't swim in the lake from the docks. Also, Door Dash will deliver you a Casey's pizza (fabulous!), but that's about it. But the kitchen was well appointed, and our host seemed to think of everything we could have needed. Everyone we ran into was very friendly, and the host had quick and helpful responses anytime we had a question. We had a great time, and I felt we got a great value for the price! I would stay here again!

Quiet Abode Near the Lake

My wife and I were wanting a weekend away during the Covid epidemic. We were looking for a quiet location with a great view and away from the busy parts of the lake. We couldn't have found a better location than this. The property was either recently remodeled or spectacularly maintained as everything was spotless and in working order. The furnishings were comfortable and appeared to be brand new. Internet access was sufficient for streaming movies or remote access to the office. In our opinion the best part of the property is the balcony. The private screened balcony has an amazing view of the lake, has shade starting at noon, and has comfortable seating for reading. The great view of the lake meant that it was a ways away from the two pools in the complex. To get to the pools required an intense walk up a hill or a short drive in a car. Getting to the property required going down a few ridgeline roads. It's pretty common for the Lake of the Ozarks but the arrival trip down the road requires attention and a navigator. The property was a ways away from Camdenton a 10 minute drive to pick up supplies. We didn't make much use of what the Lake had to offer due to Covid concerns so the drive didn't bother us. If we need to go to the Lake again for a quiet weekend I wouldn't hesitate to book this location a second time. Thanks for the rental!
