“The house overall is in a good location and accessible to places. The house was decorated as the pictures depicted but the outside was not as pleasant. The shutters need to be replaced or painted, the garage cans were filled with trash, and it looked a bit abandoned. I drove past the house twice because the address was wrong on the listing. The house looks old and probably being used as a rental property. However the carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned thoroughly because it has a mildew odor...

“Easy to get to and comfortable…..it was a very short stay for us but all was in order.”

“This was a perfect base for graduation weekend! The house is less than 20 minutes from College Station and we were able to avoid any heavy traffic. It was peaceful and well appointed and had all we needed. It wasn’t the kind of weekend we could make the most of them, but there were several chairs on the wrap around porch we would have made more of if we could! Beds were comfy and the whole house was clean. Recommend!”
