The house consists of the recovery of an old house where modern and traditional languages intersect. Inn on the hillside over the river Minho and the sea, the house enjoys privileged, relaxing and inspiring views.
Internally the house has a common room with several spaces: living, playing, reading and meals with a total view of the river and sea.
It has 5 rooms of which 2 have a private bathroom. Three bedrooms have a double bed and two are single.
Outside, the house has a garden in terraces, lawn with nooks to sit, meditate, read a book while the sea and the river lurk in front.
There is also a space in the garden for barbecues, with a dining table under the trees.
In one of the balconies there is a swimming pool, on a balcony overlooking the river and sea, with heated and totally private water.
