“Place could be nice. Shower was unsanitary and low water pressure. Pictures on site were deseptive. Outside had junk and parked school busses with junk. Yard not been mowed in a long time. Pond was not safe and messy.Rooms ok. Host very nice.”

Amy the host was very communicative and made sure we knew what was going on at the ranch so there was no surprises. Our son loved the horses and my husband loved the airforce practicing drills in the valley overhead. A convenience store with lots of helpful supplies is just a few steps away and there are lots of places to go enjoy the cool water during the hot days just a few minutes drive away or walking distance. “The view is beautiful and perfect way to start the day. The road isn’t paved so just be advised. I grew up in this area so I was prepared, but at night it is definitely dark and steep. The house was cozy and comfortable. This is our second stay and would for sure stay again, the front porch is massive and perfect for large groups and families.
