Private nicely decorated studio
- Charming, quiet unit, in a nice family neighborhood in Campbell. Very comfortable, private studio for 3 people. Guests have their own private entrance and small patio. The unit is approximately 550 sq.ft. comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, Murphy bed, couch, and dining set. Linens and towels are provided. There is a large walk-in closet for you to store your things. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, electrical cook top, microwave, pots, pans and dishes. The bathroom with a tub/shower is stocked with a blow dryer, shampoo and body wash. The flat screen TV comes with AT&T U-verse, with premium channels, DVD player and internet/WIFI access. There is plenty of street parking. The location is ideal for business professionals, with easy access to multiple freeways, highways and a light rail station. It is near to major tech company HQs (Netflix, Barracuda, eBay, Apple, etc). Ten minutes walk or 2 min drive to the VTA light rail which takes you directly to SAP Center Home of San Jose Sharks or Levi's Stadium Home of 49ers .

Quiet, cozy studio close to shopping, highways, only 30 minutes to the beach! It has everything you may need for your stay and Leon was quick to reply if I had any questions. The entrance has a lovely flagstone walkway. I would stay there again.

Clean and quiet stay
I enjoyed my stay at this property; very clean and organized and private. Only suggestion: the mattress was not the best - soft and sagging in the center and noisy bedsprings. Other than that my stay was fine.

Wonderful studio
We've been looking for a place to stay when we visit family in the area, and this was a wonderful base for our recent trip. The studio is quiet and clean; it was easy to find and conveniently located, but feels private. It's very well laid-out, so that it felt roomier than we anticipated. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. My husband, our daughter, and I all had a wonderful time, and hope to return here on future visits.

A little mixed
What I liked: The property is in a nice neighborhood, very quiet and a short walk to a large park. The main bed was nice, the pull-down bed was adequate, the small kitchen has what you need including some good quality pots/pans. Spacious, with a small old air conditioner that didn't look like it would work but it turned out to be great... it was quiet, had a remote control, and just gave a constant quiet hum. I had some small issues and the owner was available. I lost the key and he was kind about that.
What I didn't like: Cleanliness in certain aspects was lacking; I notified the owner and he came in to fix. Hopefully he will adjust for the future.
Once we got the cleanliness issues fixed I enjoyed my stay.

My sister and I needed a place to sleep and shower while we visited family. The location was secure and peaceful. While the apartment could use some updating, it was as clean as it could be. I’d return at this great price!

Animal in Ducting
The property was great until an animal got into the ducting behind the refrig, We i came home around 9pm that's when the scratching started and it was loud, I wasn't worried about it getting into the room through the ductwork but the scratching sound was unbearable, I tried sleeping but kept getting woke. I called Leon and explained the problem and told him that I couldn't sleep in the unit and needed to leave, He said he would reimburse me my last night stay for the inconveience.. I haven't been contacted by him yet.

Spacious stay in great location
The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and feels like a nice studio apartment. Quiet and private, plenty of parking and a wonderful host. Definitely would stay again. All things necessary for a stay were included.

Perfect spot for weekend trip
This studio was exactly as advertised--clean, quaint, very cute neighborhood with a lot of privacy. Location was very close to downtown. The host was easy to contact and replied promptly. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay for a weekend vacation.

Rental in Campbell
The property was centrally located and easy to access. There is enough room for a family of 4. It is clean and spacious and has all the amenities that one would need for a short stay. I have family in the area and will be back, and will not hesitate to book this place again.

Perfect for quick stay
Have family in the area and typically stay in hotels buy with covid wanted a little more separation. Very clean. Everything in good condition. Great neighborhood. Murphy bed was great. Also close to a nice park.

Leon was a great host. Very responsive to any issues we had which were mostly with the TV, being unfamiliar with the cable provider. It’s a little difficult getting to the location with luggage because the path is stepping stones. The property had everything we needed and was very convenient for us. The property is maybe a little worn around the edges but clean and comfortable.
