Ski right to the Hawk chair from this bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condo at Mountainside Lodge on Mt Washington. Ski-in/ski-out access puts you steps from the slopes in winter, and the same location makes it a great base for hiking and mountain biking in summer. Sleeps up to 6.

Inside, you'll find a cozy gas fireplace, a full kitchen for cooking in, an in-suite washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi plus Ethernet for remote work. Two full bathrooms each have a tub/shower and towels. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 each have a queen bed, with a double futon in bedroom 2 and a double sofa bed in the living room. Westerly windows bring gorgeous sunset views at the end of the day, perfect for relaxing by the fireplace after a full day outdoors. The open living area, full kitchen and comfortable beds make it easy for families and groups of friends to settle in and enjoy the mountain.

The building has a sauna (level 1) to warm up after a day on the hill, an elevator, and a ski locker for your gear. Underground garage parking is included (the garage is not heated).

You'll have the entire condo to yourselves. Check-in is self-serve with a lockbox on the man door entering the parking garage; the code is sent 24-48 hours before arrival. Parking is in spot 301 and skis go in locker 31. Take the elevator to floor 3.

Mountain roads can be snowy in winter, so please carry chains or use proper winter tires as required on the Strathcona Parkway. Courtenay and the Comox Valley are about 30-40 minutes down the hill.
