The Gîte "Le Val des Fées" is an old farmhouse renovated with care and passion that can accommodate 12 people. We wanted to bring comfort, while keeping its rustic side in order to make you feel at home.
Located in the countryside, the cottage "Le Val des Fées" is the ideal place to spend a weekend with family or friends, for the organization of a party or a reunion.
The Gîte is located at the gates of the forest of Brocéliande. You can discover the legends and all the emblematic sites.
First floor: living room (with pellet stove)-living room-kitchen (55m²), bedroom (double bed) with en-suite shower room, laundry room, WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 1400*2000, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds 900*2000, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 1600*2000, a relaxation area with 1 Bz 2 places 1400*2000, 2 shower rooms, WC.
Rentals can be made from 2 nights and up to the whole week.
In July and August, rentals are only made by the week (from Saturday to Saturday).
Optional option: bed linen rental: €10/bed; end-of-stay cleaning fee: €90.
Deposit of €700 to be paid on arrival (increased to €1000 for the Christmas and New Year celebrations).
Possibility of welcoming riders with their mounts. At disposal: electrified meadow with water and hay at will.
