Borgo Casa Di Lappi is a lovely property with air conditioning and pool. The country resort has been designed with a total of seven independent units. The property can accommodate up to 30 guests comfortably in 12 bedrooms with eight bathrooms. Conveniently located 630 m (2059 ft) from Casalappi, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 105 km (65 mi) from Pisa.

The property is composed of 5 buildings for a total of 40 apartments (120 people), but just 7 of them are directly managed by us.

After arriving you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. After a hectic day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a tennis court, patio and barbecue grill. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

Borgo Casa Di Lappi is a nice property having a total of seven private apartments that is conveniently located 630 m (2059 ft) from Casalappi, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 105 km (65 mi) from Pisa. Borgo Casa Di Lappi, among other amenities, includes also shared pool and air conditioning.

Villa (70sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can sleep up to six guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six guests.
