The Guest House is amazing: with 05 suites with Americanflex hotel-level modular spring beds, wardrobes, ceiling fans, balcony, bedding, bath and pool, enough comforters and pillows for contracted guests. In addition to having a hair dryer, flat iron, electric shaver and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, wet wipe etc. Make sure you are not missing anything.
With modern security system, electric fence, electronic video intercom and self Checkin, external monitoring cameras and garage for up to 5 cars;
TV room with Home Teather and Apple TV, dining room with 10 seats and toilet, kitchen with table of 04 seats and equipped with various utensils. Refrigerator, Freezer, Sandwich Maker, Blender, Microwave, Strainer Electric Coffee Maker, Machines: Espresso Beans, Dishwasher, Washing & Drying, 10kg Iron etc.

ACCESS TO GUESTS
The house has 05 floors with half-length stairs for access to each floor. All common area environments and electronic and electronic equipment are available to guests.
Our guests will have complete freedom to enjoy all our structure in the gourmet and pool area to relax in pleasant moments with family and friends.
Guests are not allowed access (payable to extra guest), smoking and smoking are allowed only on the balconies and outside areas of the house. Inside the house only electronic cigarettes are allowed for safety.
