Loud exterior, regardless which side of the building you are located. That comes with the advantage of a Line 4 station directly in front of it. Another “advantage” is the super market in the same building, open 24/7. Its advantage gets completely eaten up by the noise of delivery lorries all night long which provide the super market. Communication is kind and responsive. A big plus in my opinion. But they just cannot change the noise even if they would like to. Apart from that the stay was okay but taking everything into account, for me a 3 star experience.

Super clean room, nicely equipped and overall a great stay. Location is good (close to metro), however… the staff isn’t as helpful and they are not on site during weekends. I lost my key to the room and there was no one available to help, the security number did not pick up. So… consider that on weekends no one will be there to help.
