La Casina di Mirella is a practical and welcoming apartment located directly on the seafront of Marina di Campo, ideal for couples and families looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday just a few steps from the beach.
The location is one of its main strengths: the sandy beach is less than 50 meters away, while restaurants, bars, and aperitif spots are right outside, perfect for enjoying the lively atmosphere of the town, especially in the evening. Supermarkets, shops, and all essential services are within walking distance, making a car unnecessary during your stay.
The area also offers several parking options nearby, both free and paid, all within a short distance from the apartment.

The apartment
The apartment is located on a raised ground floor (one flight of stairs) in a semi-detached house. The interiors are simple yet functional and consist of two air-conditioned bedrooms: one double bedroom, ideal for couples, and one with two single beds, perfect for children or teenagers.
The eat-in kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, and microwave, suitable for preparing meals independently.
On the ground floor, there is a private storage room with a washing machine, also useful for storing beach equipment.

Guest access

Check-in: Self check-in from 4:00 PM. Assistance guaranteed by the agency staff until 7:00 PM;
Office hours: 09:00 – 13:00 and 16:00 – 19:00;
Please note: The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area (ZTL) and does not have a private parking space. We will be happy to provide all necessary information regarding nearby parking and check-in/check-out procedures for guests arriving by car. The agency is not responsible for any fines resulting from traffic violations.

Important notes

Bed linen not included. Guests can bring their own or rent it at a cost of €20 per person, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Pickup and return take place at the agency unless otherwise agreed;
Children up to 2 years: no crib provided. No extra charge if using own crib or sleeping with parents;
Included services: utilities (electricity, water, gas), air conditioning, and use of the washing machine.
