Das Anwesen liegt ruhig und trotzdem sind in der Umgebung (zur Not auch fußläufig) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu finden. Im sogenannten Poolhaus ist die gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Außengrill steht auch zur Verfügung. Hier kann man gut die Fische von der Fischauktion...
