2 Bedrooms Modern Apartment by the SEA, Pool, Wi-Fi, A/C, Terrace, in resort

The apartment Palme (Casa Vacanza Borgomare), spacious and comfortable, is located inside a Holiday complex just in front of the sea. The apartment is independent and provided with all comforts to enjoy your holiday in complete autonomy and relax! You will have also access to a large swimming pool shared with only 10 apartments.
Within the complex you will find, during the summer, many (extra) services available such as bar, restaurant, soccer field, private beach, swimming pool, animation team (also for children), where to spend your free time (these services are not included in the rental price and can be used by purchasing a pass directly on the spot).

We have several apartments available, both on the ground floor and on the first floor, you can tell us your preference BEFORE making a reservation, otherwise we will assign the first available apartment. All apartments have a spacious terrace. Internet WI-FI is available and included. You will get also clean towels and bed linen changed every week, included in the price.
The apartment sleeps up to 5 adults and a baby (in a cot).

The location is ideal for visiting Sicily as the motorway junction 'Buonfornello' (directions Palermo/Trapani, Catania/Enna/Caltanissetta/Agrigento, Messina, all reachable in reasonable times) is just 1 km far! Cefalu is just 15 minutes away!
There are a restaurant, a bar and a souvenir shop within the residence.
The supermarkets and the town center with all amenities (pharmacy, banks, grocery, etc) are at about 3km from the complex.

NOTES:
- Discounts are considered for long term rentals.
- Changeover day and minimum stay are flexible in all periods.
- The check-in is possible after 16.00 to 24.00 The check-out must be not later than 10 am.

The resort's services are owned and managed by the holiday complex and are not related to the apartment. These services can be used by paying a day ticket or weekly ticket on site at the holiday complex reception. The apartment is located within the complex but is NOT related to the complex administration. Any changes to the services availability and prices are subject to the complex administration and NOT to ours.
