Wir waren für zwei Wochen auf Sizilien und auch in diesem Hotel! Das Personal war super lieb und sehr zuvorkommend! Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war super! Die Anlage ist super gepflegt worden! Das Frühstücksbüffet war mehr als ausreichend mit viel Auswahl. Das Resort liegt etwas abgelegen, daher wäre ein Mietwagen sehr von Vorteil, tut aber der Schönheit des Hotels keinen Abbruch! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank!

Super disappointment
We had to spend €5 per towel and was not able to eat a single thing between 2pm and 7pm. Food was inedible and low quality. Super mass and the pool smelled funny.

This hotel is probably great if your intention is to be at the hotel 24/7, eat buffe and attend their activities. It could be located in any tourist place in the world as it is no signs of you being in so Sicily once you check in here. We arrived at 9.30 pm and then the restaurant was already closed (very early for Italy), the staff was not at all helpful to find a restaurant close by where we could go, closest restaurant was about 10 min drive so would recommend to have a car if you intend to see anything outside of the hotel. Staff does not speak English very well so it was useless calling the reception to ask for things (we tried to ask for an iron board without success). However, the rooms are clean and nice.

This resort is a family friendly resort that seems to cater to French, Dutch, and German tourists. Starting with the positives, the decor is well done. The lobby and common areas are well appointed. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Aurora in the restaurant in the morning deserves special recognition for her warmth and accommodating attitude. The massage with Michele was superb. Now to the negatives which unfortunately outweigh the positives. We’ve traveled many places in Sicily and easily find good food. Unfortunately the food here is well below Sicilian standards. Breakfast never varied over our four night stay. No salumi selection (only turkey meat and Swiss cheese). For hot food only crepes or omelette with cheese (no additions). Coffee was instant, brewed coffee extra. There was a party every night with loud music, so much so we had to raise the volume of our TV. The parties ended at midnight. The safe in our room did not function but we decided not to request a repair. It is billed as a four star resort but that is generous. If you’re a family looking for activities to occupy your children day and night then this might suit you just beware the food will not be at the level Sicilians are known for.

The hotel is new and clean, staff is nice. We‘d recommend not using disposable cups at the pool and having fresher, healthier food. Also, please have real coffee for breakfast instead of instant coffee.

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Anlage ist wirklich toll und super gepflegt. Auf den Zimmern gibt es leider weder Gläser noch einen Wasserkocher oder Flaschenöffner.

Insonorizzazione delle camere , molto silenzioso la notte. Camere grandi e belle. Spiaggia e piscina molto belle. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che il personale parlasse più francese che italiano , ti salutavano con Bonjour et ti rivolgevano la parola in francese ….
