This was our fourth stay at this hotel, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that our reserved room was not available and were assigned a different room instead. The staff mentioned it was a new room and invited us to try it.
Although we were initially disappointed, we chose not to raise concerns at that time, as we did not want to disrupt our vacation with complaints. Unfortunately, the room presented several issues.
There was no clothing cabinet, and the safety deposit box was not properly secured. The bathroom was equipped only with a bathtub and handheld shower, which did not function correctly. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor during use, requiring us to use towels to prevent further flooding. In addition, there was no hot water, and the water pressure was extremely low.
The room also had a connecting door to an adjacent room. On multiple occasions, the guests next door repeatedly attempted to open the connecting door, which was both disruptive and uncomfortable.
