“We had a great stay at this property. There are a few small things that could be touched up (the tap in the kitchen is loose. The coffee table is unstable. Minor issues that didn’t impact our stay. Some wear and tear which I took pictures of. Reasonably clean. This is a large basement suite. 10 stairs, which was fine for us. The entry door was very tricky to lock and unlock. We had to allow ourselves extra time to deal with that, but we always felt safe and it was very quiet at night. I would...

“I don’t normally write reviews but was pretty happy with this spot. Stayed here for a few days with my husband and our 2 little kids. Location was excellent especially with kids, easily walkable to the harbour front where we spent all of our time. Very clean so we immediately felt comfortable, and loved the bedroom space as well as living room space to hang out. Also, 5 min walk to the grocery store and a spot to grab wine / beer. “Great stay”

“We had a lovely 4-day stay in Gananoque and really enjoyed the area. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Communication with the owners was excellent, they were very responsive and kind. The only thing we missed was a proper outdoor dining table with chairs, and a couple of Muskoka chairs by the fire pit would have been a nice touch. Overall, a very positive experience and a great base to explore the region. ”

“We enjoyed this property for 2 weeks in June-July, including the Canada day holiday. Large covered deck overlooking tidal lagoon is very relaxing. Enjoyed the Canada Day events in Sidney and riding bikes to Swartz Bay ferries for day trips. We may well return next summer. If we go again we would check tide table ahead of time for afternoon paddleboarding. Interior of property comfortable. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakeside home! The view of the lake was absolutely stunning — perfect to wake up in the morning. We loved relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the peaceful scenery, and the kayaks were a great way to explore the water right from the property. The house was clean, well-equipped, and felt very welcoming. It was the perfect balance of comfort and nature. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Location and the property itself was perfect for 5 girls, the only issue we had was with communication. For those who confirm their stay, I suggest you to contact the host directly for check-in information as a wrong location was given to us via the email that is sent automatically the day before check-in. Host is aware about this issue but still has not changed it. Vague check-in and check-out details. ”
