“The property is extremely run down and not at all what I would consider a clean or comfortable stay. The room had a very strong and unpleasant plug-in fragrance smell that seemed to be covering up other odors. The pillows smelled heavily of body odor, the white towels were stained and the dye from the blue towels ran when wet. The bathroom and shower area need much better cleaning and maintenance. “Sarah is accommodating and very prompt in communication. No notebook of demands, no intrusion, no hassle - arrival and entry was flawless and the space is cute, clean and comfy with a homey vibe. Even though it's quite small, the cottage had everything we needed and we were comfortable for the week.
