“Beautiful location to have a small family gathering. The place was much better stocked vs. Other VRBO's we have stayed out in past. Also, the hosts were very friendly. Conversely, we did not enjoy bed comfort. Moreover, better mattresses & a nicer grill would be highly recommended.”

“The owners have lovingly restored this home and have made a very comfortable retreat in the Akron/Highlands area. Things that can't be helped is the neighborhood and the streets 'nightlife'. We found ourselves a little uneasy about walking around past dark and were woken up a few times overnight with music, cars and neighboring parties. Hence our 4 out of 5 rating. Also this home isn't for anyone that is physically challenged by stairs.”

I think working through some communication issues would be of great benefit. “We had a fine stay. The house was as described. It was pleasant and nicely appointed. The kids enjoyed playing on the piano. We all enjoyed hearing the clop, clop of the horses pulling buggies each morning and evening.”

“Nice quiet location, easy access to several different towns. This was a temporary housing for 4 adults and a dog until we found apartments. House was clean and had all of the amenties we needed, including king adjustable bed in master bedroom. Beautiful big back yard although it is not enclosed fencing. The weather wasnt the best while we were there, but enjoyed the inside of the house. Owner was outstanding and very helpful with quick responses to the questions we had. Would stay here again if...

“was in town for a concert at blossom music center. the house was exactly what we needed. plenty of room for us to have our own space, a fully stocked kitchen, and most importantly a keurig. close to downtown akron and everything the city has to offer but on a quiet secluded street. we will definitely keep this property in mind if we’re ever in the area again.”
