“The house is absolutely gorgeous! We were all able to get warm showers. The water pressure in the kitchen isn’t great but the bathroom sink is good if you need faster water (I had sippy cups to wash.). The fridge/freezer is small but works great we had 4 days worth of food in there no issues. We had plenty of energy from the solar panels, we left the bathroom light on all night for the kiddos. We had sooooo much fun exploring the property. Although you can hear quite a bit of traffic...

“The property was really cute. The stairs from the parking lot could use some work down near the house some of them are unstable and tippy. The large windows in the livingroom are beautiful and we enjoyed looking over the edge into the gorge and river area. The girls and I loved going down the spiral staircase and into the river area, such a sweet location. ”

“My family recently stayed at this lovely retreat. The photos do not give justice to this place. It is minutes from town, but makes you feel as though you are much further out. “Overall wonderful stay. A little far from restaurants but well equipped for cooking your favorites. Beautiful natural setting. We saw deer wild turkeys toads frogs turtles and chipmunks. “Check-in process and communication was excellent from the start. We were able to start enjoying our stay immediately upon arrival. Communication during our stay and at the end was equally as positive. Quick and helpful information was always provided. The pictures of the cabin and immediate area do not do this cabin/surrounding area enough justice. It is beautiful, rustic, and warm. Fishing at the Big Pond was awesome. We loved the trails and stargazing in the field next to the windmills.We did not have any problems at all but noticed the stairs to the sleeping loft are very steep for anyone with mobility issues.”
