“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It’s in a peaceful location, yet conveniently close to local shops. The travel cot and high chair were provided, which we appreciated. However, the cot came packed away, and the second bedroom didn’t have much space to set it up comfortably.

“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating.
